SNAPSHOTS

I've had a couple of disposable cameras knocking around in my bag for absolutely ages and I finally used them up on New Year's Eve. One of them seems to be about 3 years old! I had them developed this week and it was so fun to see how the pictures turned out.

I love these kids of pictures - they always capture people at their happiest. No pouting, occasional closed eyes. They are so expensive though! I think the cameras themselves cost about £4 and the developing was £6.99 per roll...anyone know if you can get them developed for cheaper than that? Maybe online?

    1. The first one turned out so well didn't it! I like the idea of having one with you and only taking one photo at a time - so if you took a photo at a party, you can't take any more that night! Then you'd have 27 amazingly different photos

  2. You managed to find developing for £6.99 a roll? That's a bargain compared to what I'm used to!!! I love disposy cameras and the effect they put on the pictures! x

    1. It was just Boots! I guess it was a bit of a shock because I had 2 to develop and it seemed so expensive!

  3. I don't know about cheaper ways to develop them, but my local 99p store and poundland always have them in stock. I got a pile recently for a work event and they went down a real treat, there's something so nice about the anticipation of wondering what will come out when you develop them!

    1. Oh good tip! If the camera is only 99p that makes it all a bit cheaper
